This product is a custom-fit mask interface (cushion + frame) with headgear, designed for use with CPAP, BiPAP, or APAP therapy systems. Each mask is tailored to the individual user's facial profile to provide a secure and comfortable fit. After purchase, you will be emailed a link for you to complete the 3D scan which can be completed with any smartphone.

How do I perform the face scan?
After purchase you’ll receive easy step-by-step instructions, an instructional video, and a link to our scanning tool. The scan can be completed with a mobile device.
How does the custom fitting process work?
It’s simple and fast:
- Record a quick 15–20 second video scan of your face using your mobile device (clear instructions and link provided after purchase).
- Vitacore turns your scan into a precise 3D model.
- Your one-of-a-kind mask is manufactured with exact contours. No sizing charts, no templates, no guesswork.
Will FormFit™ work with my current CPAP machine?
Yes! FormFit™ is fully compatible with standard CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines and uses the universal 22 mm connector.
Do I still need to choose a size?
No. Because the mask is made from your personal face scan, it is truly custom — no sizing charts or templates required.
How is FormFit™ different from regular CPAP masks?
Standard masks come in limited “one-size-fits-most” shapes and are the #1 reason for poor fit, leaks, pressure points, skin irritation, and low adherence (often 40–60% long-term). FormFit™’s custom-fit design eliminates these issues with a perfect contour and multi-layered silicone groove seal.
Will FormFit™ reduce leaks and pressure points?
Yes — very effectively. The precision custom fit + multi-layered silicone groove seal dramatically reduces air leaks, noise, eye/mouth dryness, pressure sores, and bruising.
How comfortable is the FormFit™ mask for all-night use?
Extremely comfortable. The lightweight design, gentle stability, and skin-conscious fit minimize friction and pressure. Most users report it feels natural and stays securely in place even when you move during sleep.
Is the FormFit™ mask compatible with beards or facial hair?
The face scan requires a clean-shaven face. Beards and all other facial hair (including moustaches) must be shaved off completely before completing the 15–20 second video scan. This ensures the scan accurately captures your exact facial contours for a perfect custom fit.
If you have facial hair, FormFit™ will still provide substantially less air leakage compared to standard CPAP masks, but it will not achieve the same level of perfect custom seal possible with a clean shave.
Do I need to rescan my face every time I order?
No — not if you choose the subscription option. Your personal custom mold is securely saved and reused for all future subscription orders.
If you purchase a one-time order (non-subscription), your mold is not saved, so you will need to submit a new face scan with each purchase.
If your face has substantially changed due to significant weight loss, weight gain, surgery, trauma, or other reasons, you will need to re-scan.
Is FormFit™ covered by insurance?
Yes, FormFit™ can be covered, but coverage depends on your specific insurance provider and plan. Vitacore does not direct bill insurance companies. We recommend checking with your insurer or DME provider for details and required documentation.
