FormFit Custom Mask – Facial Scan Data (Biometric Information)

For certain products, such as our FormFit custom CPAP mask, we collect additional information as described below.

To create your custom mask, we collect a facial scan, which may include:

  • Derived 3D facial geometry and measurements

This information may be considered biometric data, as it relates to your physical facial characteristics.

  • Provide customer support, warranty, and replacement services

We do not use facial scan data to:

  • Verify identity outside of this service
  • Advertise or market to you

Providing a facial scan is voluntary, but required to create a custom FormFit mask.

If you do not wish to provide this data, you should choose a non-custom product.
